The Role

As aSales Associateyou will support and in-turn be taught the art of Real Estate Sales bya Senior Member of our Sales Team.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

- Client prospecting
- Handling prospective buyer enquiries
- Assisting with open homes and inspections
- Gathering market intelligence
- Database management
- Social media marketing
- Assisting in developing marketing materials
- Opportunities to assist withhome appraisals
- Opportunities to assist with listing properties for sale
- Pre-settlement inspections

As you develop and display increasing competence in these areas your responsibilities will evolve, potentially resulting in you becoming a fully-fledged Agent. In the years ahead you may well become the Agent who mentors a new-starter!

To succeed in this role you'll have:

- Previous real estate sales experience is desirable but not essential;
- Have a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Possess a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle;
- Previous sales experience or sales administration experience in a rapid-paced environment;




- A history of providing exceptional service to clients;
- Experience in generating prospects or leads;
- A history of managing multiple sales initiatives at one time;
- Knowledge of CRM systems;
- Data entry experience;
- Proficiency with a range of computer systems.

- Possess exceptional follow-up;
- Capable of utilising an advanced vocabulary to describe, explain and market a product when communicating with a prospect;
- Can efficiently base yourdecisions on numerical data and can communicate these data easily to clients and prospects;
- Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
- Active and can focus on several sales objectives at a time;
- Will use a direct approach to selling but will also appreciate the more subtle aspects of sales negotiation;
- Motivated by the opportunity for personal contact with clients and prospects.
- Youoft enjoy selling in a team environment;
- Consistently respond to client’s needs in a timely fashion and make quick decisions under pressure;
- Perform best when provided minimal structure and given the room to make decisions independently without their sales manager micro-managing their activities;
- Most successful when provided ample information to make objective decisions yet are capable of relying on intuition when necessary;
- High level of personal presentation;
