What you'll be doing:
- Preparing detailed estimates from initial scope through to bid submission
- Allocating resources and equipment across multiple operational divisions
- Attending client tender reviews, site walks, and engineering meetings
- Ensuring all estimates and documents meet company standards
- Keeping stakeholders and management across progress, issues, and wins
What we're looking for:
- Relevant trade certification or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with workshop and site environments
- Strong understanding of Australian welding standards
- Proven experience in estimating or a related role
- Sharp analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong communication, planning, and time-management
- Proficiency in estimating and project management software
- Highly desirable: Tertiary qualifications and/or previous dedicated Estimator experience.
