Mower World is seeking a mechanically-minded team member to join our workshop, servicing and repairing ride-on mowers, push mowers and outdoor power equipment across brands including Toro Commercial and Professional, Walker, Altoz, Razorback, Honda, Stihl and Briggs & Stratton. Unlike workshops that stick to one brand or one type of machine, our team works across a huge range of equipment — small engines, hydraulics, ride-ons and more — so no two days look the same. Compared to automotive workshop work, our equipment is generally lighter and easier on the body, and you'll be working in a well-equipped workshop with the right hoists to do the job properly. You don't need specific ride-on mower experience — we welcome applicants from a range of mechanical backgrounds who are keen to learn, including automotive, light diesel, hydraulics and auto electrical.

About the role:

Servicing, diagnosing and repairing ride-on and push mowers, small engines and outdoor power equipment

Working across both small and large ride-on units, plus a wide range of brands and machine types

Carrying out warranty work and general maintenance

Liaising with the parts counter on required parts and repair timelines

Maintaining a clean,



organised and safe workshop

Occasional customer interaction regarding repairs and servicing

What we're looking for:

Mechanical trade background in any of the following: small engines, automotive, light diesel, hydraulics, or auto electrical

Ride-on mower experience is a bonus but not essential — we're happy to develop your skills in this area

Genuine interest in learning across both small and large ride-on equipment

Someone who enjoys variety and gets satisfaction from fixing all kinds of machinery, not just one type

Sound mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Reliable, safety-conscious and well organised

Current driver's licence
