About the Role

As an experienced Physiotherapist,



you'll manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload while delivering personalised, evidence-based care.

You'll work closely with our experienced team, contribute to treatment planning, and have the chance to develop your own clinical interests.

If you're already qualified in Clinical Pilates, that's fantastic. If not, we're happy to support the right person in developing those skills.

As our clinic continues to grow, there will also be opportunities to mentor junior clinicians and contribute to the ongoing development of our team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assessing and treating a broad musculoskeletal caseload

- Delivering hands-on manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation

- Creating individualised treatment plans that achieve meaningful outcomes

- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients

- Collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team

- Teaching Clinical Pilates classes (or training to do so)

- Contributing to a positive, supportive clinic culture

- Helping grow and strengthen our community reputation

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

- Private practice musculoskeletal experience (5+ years preferred)





- Confidence managing a full clinical caseload independently

- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills

- A commitment to evidence-based practice

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A warm, approachable and professional manner

- A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals

- A collaborative, team-first attitude

- An interest in Clinical Pilates, or a willingness to undertake training

- Full Australian working rights
