Our Brendale Head Office and main manufacturing and warehousing facility are complemented by warehousing inPerth and Melbourne. What we are looking for

Motivated, reliable persons with strong work ethics and a can-do attitude, who pride themselves in customer deliverables, enjoy teamwork within a fast-paced production environment, have a keen sense of efficiency, organisation, and are eager to acquire new skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Picking and packing orders to align with quality assurance standards.
- Loading and unloading trucks, responsible for signing freight in and out.
- Product assembly and transferring manufactured stock between warehouses.
- Accepting goods received, packing in designated locations.




- Monitor frequently used stock levels.
- Show initiative to notify low stock items.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy, efficiently run warehouse.
- Order picking/packing to priority and delivery schedules.
- Follow through on picked orders, updating logistics.
- Alerting management regarding any issues with order picks immediately.
- Working within a team to deliver on priority and urgent deadlines
- Being adaptable when deliverable priorities change.

Skills and Experience

- Previous warehouse/stores experience
- Current forklift licence is desirable or show willingness to obtain.
- Current driver's licence.
- Current first Aid certificate is desirable or show willingness to obtain.
- Experience in loading and unloading and how to secure loads properly.
- Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual tasks every day.
- Various Plant and Machinery experience would be an advantage.
- Experience using various power tools would be an advantage.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to plan and organise / prioritise, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Basic computer and literacy skills.
- Adaptable to priority changes.
- A strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety, and chain of responsibility.
- Team player, willing to help others when required.
- Robust commitment to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Willing to carry out adhoc tasks where required.
- Leadership/supervisor experience would be looked upon favourably.
