Mater Mothers’ Hospital is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered / Clinical Midwives to join our exceptional team. We welcome expressions of interest for permanent full-time, part-time, and temporary (short- and long-term) opportunities across a variety of our midwifery services.

From normal, low-risk pregnancies to complex obstetric and medical care, our teams provide outstanding support to women and families across Queensland and beyond.

Salary range Registered Midwife: $44.06 - $56.52 per hourplus superannuationandaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900+access to many staff benefits!

Salary range Clinical Midwife: $57.48 - $61.55 per hourplus superannuationandaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900+access to many staff benefits!

We are currently seeking midwives for roles across the following areas:

- Birth Suites
- Postnatal Units
- Midwifery Group Practice

- Maintaining current knowledge and engaging in ongoing professional development

About You

You are a compassionate and committed midwife who thrives in a supportive, professional, multidisciplinary setting. Your passion for providing exceptional care, strong communication skills, and ability to build positive relationships will ensure you deliver a consistently high standard of service to mothers, babies, and families.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Current Midwifery registration with AHPRA
- The ability to role model and uphold the Mater values
- Experience or a robust interest in providing care within one of the service areas listed above
