About the Role

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist (HP2) to join our friendly and growing North Lakes clinic.

You’ll work with children and young people to support their development, independence,

and participation in everyday life — helping them reach goals that truly matter to them and their families.

In this role, you will:

Deliver individualised, evidence-based interventions across motor, sensory, play, and self-care domains.

Conduct assessments and write meaningful, family-centred reports.

Collaborate with families, educators, and other allied health professionals to create practical, empowering plans.

Work alongside an experienced, multidisciplinary team that shares knowledge and celebrates growth.

What You Will Bring

A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.

Registration with AHPRA.

Experience working with children and young people with developmental delays, disabilities, or complex needs.

A collaborative mindset and confidence to manage your own caseload with support when you need it.

A current driver’s licence and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Eligibility as a Medicare provider.

How We’ll Support You

From your first day, you’ll have a dedicated mentor and access to regular supervision and professional development. We’ll back your growth with resources, guidance, and opportunities to develop in areas that truly interest you. You’ll also be part of a team that values open communication, learning, and wellbeing — because great care starts with feeling supported.

Our Culture

At Youthrive, connection is everything. We’re proud to be an Inclusive Employer 2023–2024 & 2025 – 2026 (Diversity Council Australia) and a workplace where everyone’s voice matters. We believe in working hard, having fun, and making a difference — together.
