About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Steel Fixer's to join our client's team on a major precast concrete project in the Shoalhaven Area.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a large-scale project running through to December 2026, manufacturing up to 900 precast tilt panels. You'll be joining an experienced team in a safe, well-organised environment where quality workmanship and teamwork are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret reinforcement drawings and plans
- Cut, bend and tie reinforcing steel to specification
- Assemble and install reinforcing cages for precast tilt panels
- Position and secure reinforcement prior to concrete pours
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain quality standards while adhering to site safety procedures
About You
- Previous experience as a Steel Fixer within construction or precast manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret reinforcing plans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Requirements
- Current White Card
- Previous steel fixing experience
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights
