We are looking for a customer service champion to take on the role of Duty Manager in our venue at Overlander Hotel, located in Mount Isa.

Job Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional service to patrons across bar/bistro, bottleshop, accommodation & gaming operations
- Be responsible for overseeing general operations of the business in absence of management
- Minimum 1-2 years of hospitality management experience is required
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Ensure venue is a clean,



protected and provide a welcoming space for all customers
- Adhere to company policies and government legislation

The successful applicants will already have:

- RMLV and Approved Managers certification required before application
- RSG certification required before application
- A bright, bubbly, yet professional disposition
- Proven hospitality cash handling experience is essential
- An ability to connect and communicate effectively with clientele.
- Excellent personal presentation standard along with a can do attitude!
- Be reliable and trustworthy

This position requires the availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights, and weekends.
