United Electrical Solutions Tas Pty Ltd, part of the UES Group Tas,is a proudly Tasmanian-owned and operated electrical contracting business delivering high-quality electrical solutions to commercial, industrial and residential clients across the state.

As a growing member of the UES Group Tas family, and thanks to the continued support of our valued clients, we're seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager / Estimatorto lead the successful delivery of a diverse range of electrical projects while managing key client relationships.

Based in Launceston and reporting directly to the Directors, this role offers the opportunity to influence project outcomes, build long-term client partnerships, and contribute to the continued growth and success of both United Electrical Solutions and the wider UES Group Tas.

What you'll be doing:

1. 1. Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning and procurement to commissioning and handover
2. 2. Coordinating and supervising project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful on-time and on-budget project delivery
3. 3. Identifying and mitigating risks, issues and changes, and implementing appropriate solutions
4. 4. Conducting regular progress reviews with key stakeholders, including clients
5. 5. Ensuring projects adhere to all relevant industry regulations, standards and safety requirements
6. 6. Providing leadership,



coaching and performance management to project team members
7. 7. Continuously looking for ways to improve project processes and efficiencies
8. 8. Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards in line with AS/NZS regulations and company values

What we're looking for:

1. 1. Proven experience in project management within the electrical or construction industry
2. 2. Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
3. 3. Technical understanding of electrical systems, dry fire, security, and AV installations (advantageous)
4. 4. Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and operational workflows
5. 5. A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering excellence
6. 6. Relevant qualifications in project management and the electrical trade,
