Verve Partners is partnering with an established Newcastle-based project and development management consultancy delivering commercial, residential, industrial and community projects across the Hunter and regional NSW.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Project Manager with three to five years’ experience to take greater ownership, broaden their project exposure and develop alongside experienced industry professionals.

The Opportunity

You will support the delivery of multiple projects from early feasibility and design through to procurement, construction and handover.

Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, you will:

- Coordinate architects, engineers and specialist consultants
- Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting
- Support planning, approvals, procurement and tender processes
- Monitor construction progress, quality, costs and milestones
- Prepare client reports, meeting minutes and project documentation
- Assist with contract administration and superintendent functions
- Identify issues early and drive practical solutions
- Build strong relationships across the project team

About You

You will bring a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working within a close-knit team where people share knowledge and take responsibility for outcomes.

You will ideally have:





- Three to five years’ experience across project management in construction, engineering or property development
- A relevant qualification in construction, project management, engineering, architecture or property
- Exposure to building or infrastructure project delivery
- Solid organisation, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail
- A proactive mindset and genuine desire to keep developing

Client-side consultancy experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Your attitude, initiative and willingness to learn will be equally important.
