About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mobilisation & Recruitment Officer to join our team in a full-time, remote (work-from-home) capacity. In this role, you will work closely with our Workforce Manager to coordinate daily mobilisation and recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our employees.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical function within the business. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, highly organised, and seeking a long-term position where they can make a genuine impact by delivering an exceptional employee onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage end-to-end site mobilisation processesCollaborate closely with recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding and mobilisation outcomesMonitor workforce compliance by booking, verifying, and maintaining tickets and certificationsRespond promptly to rostering changes and communicate updates effectively with internal teams and clientsMaintain accurate workforce, training,



and compliance records within internal systemsProvide occasional weekend and after-hours support to ensure mobilisation continuityDeliver professional and responsive service to both internal and external stakeholdersEnsure accurate data management and correspondence across all mobilisation activitiesSupport recruiter with overflow administration and recruitment tasks as required

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience coordinating workforce mobilisation particular in the fast-paced mining sectorStrong organisational skills and experience using client or contractor mobilisation systemsHigh attention to detail with a proactive approach to compliance and documentationConfident communicator who can effectively engage with multiple stakeholdersCalm, reliable, and adaptable in fast-paced and changing environmentsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote settingStrong initiative and a continuous improvement mindset

Mandatory Requirements

Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with flexibility to monitor emails and calls after hours or on weekends as requiredHigh level of integrity, reliability, and professionalismValid Australian working rightsDedicated home office environment free from disruption (laptop and phone provided; your own dual screens required)National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain)
