Are you a motivated leader ready to take the next step in your retail career? We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Merchandise Manager (our internal title for our Assistant Managers) to support daily operations, drive team performance, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Store Manager in running all aspects of store operations
- Lead, coach and motivate team members to achieve targets and provide excellent service
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and stock presentation
- Assist in managing stock control, rostering, and daily reporting
- Act as a role model for the team and step up as acting Store Manager when needed
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organised, reliable,
and confident in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for retail, problem‑solving, and team development
- Availability to work across weekends and trading hours
