Resource Accommodation owns and operates a workforce accommodation village and two motels in Moranbah. We are refurbishing our 250 rooms and facilities on an ongoing basis and require the services of another Painter to expedite our program.

The scope will commence with external painting on the Village structure, such as walkways, stairwells and car ports, and then move to painting of the internals of Motel rooms.

We are looking for a Painter on a roster of 14 days on, 7 days off roster. The roster can be adaptable around your needs and we will provide accommodation / meals while on site. We can pay an hourly rate to you directly or via your ABN/ Company. We expect the role would require 10 - 11 hours / day including breaks.

We are looking for an experienced painter who can work independently.



On some aspects of the scope you would be required to work with our existing Painter and in others, on your own.

Materials and paint are supplied by us. Support is provided to move furniture as required.

Requirements are as follows;

- Trade qualified with commercial painting experience
- Basic hand tools
- EWP & Work Safety at Heights tickets (preferred but not-essential)
- Willing to provide a Police Clearance upon request

While you will largely work independently, all work will be inspected by site management upon completion. We expect that you and site management will agree a schedule of work for each swing and that this work would be completed as required.

We believe that this work will last 6 months.
