We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Housekeeping Supervisor to join our friendly team in our boutique hotel in The Rocks. If you take pride in maintaining high standards, enjoy leading by example, and thrive in a team-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Supervise and support the housekeeping team during each shift.
- Allocate daily room assignments and monitor progress.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met
- Cleaning guest rooms and public areas of the hotel
- Preparing and restocking caddy's for the day
- Chemical handling
- Reporting any lost property
- Monitor, clean and restock public areas
- Provide exceptional customer service to all our guests
- Train, mentor, and assist housekeeping staff.

To be successful you will have:

- Excellent attention to detail is a must!
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends
- Understanding of the hotel industry
- Time Management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Outgoing and friendly personality
