Ribs and Roast was founded by the amalgamation ofThe Butcher & The Chef. Together, our directors Paul O'Shea (The Butcher) and Tony Italiano (The Chef) mastered the coming together of fresh meat and the science of cooking and, as a result, now offer a range of niche sous vide products.

Position Overview

We're looking for a reliable and hard-working Pick Packer to join our team working in a cool room and freezer setting. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Hours of work - 5.30am - 2.30pm Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Picking and packing orders in a refrigerated cool room & freezer environment
- Safely operating a forklift




- Manually lifting and stacking cartons up to 20kg
- Loading/unloading pallets and general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Skills & Experience

- Valid Forklift Licence (mandatory)
- Ability to comfortably lift up to 20kg consistently
- Previous warehouse or pick packing experience (preferred)
- Comfortable working in cold temperatures
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- Early start and early finish, giving you more time to enjoy your afternoons.
