ARORA FOOD CHAIN PTY LTD in North Lakes, QLD, is seeking an experienced Indian Cuisine Head Chef to lead our Spice Story Eatery kitchen. You will plan menus, supervise preparation and cooking, and ensure high standards of taste, quality and presentation.

Ideal candidates have minimum 3 years as an Indian cuisine chef, are skilled in tandoor and curry dishes, can manage food and labour costs, and will train staff. Weekend availability and robust teamwork are essential.
