About the Role

As our team continues to grow and develop, recent internal movements have created an exciting opportunity to join us as a Permanent Full-Time Reservation Consultant. We're seeking motivated individuals who enjoy delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a wide-ranging, customer facing role.

This role requires a robust focus on providing exceptional service and processing bookings accurately and includes phone, email and face-to-face customer interactions, ticket sales, ferry bookings and vehicle check-ins.

Our business operates 365 days a year, so you will need to be available to work on a roster which can include weekends and public holidays.

About You

- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service focused role will be highly advantageous
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across a diverse customer base
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Ability to work on a rotating basis across our three terminals at Cleveland, Redland Bay and Dunwich (North Stradbroke Island)
- Ability and willingness to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to respond and adapt to changing business needs




- Previous experience in a dynamic environment with an ability to multitask and deliver against identified objectives
- Advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
- Previous experience in the tourism industry is desirable
