Due to continued growth, we are seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join our team at our modern manufacturing facility in Arundel.

This hands‑on role is essential to keeping our production operations running safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will work as part of a supportive team while ensuring our products meet strict food safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Be available to work shifts between 6:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday

- Follow all HACCP, GMP, WHS, and food safety procedures

- Prepare, assemble, and process raw materials into finished products

- Follow batch recipes, production schedules, and work instructions accurately

- Assemble boxes and apply labels correctly

- Sort, pack, and inspect products, removing any defects or rejects as required





- Pack cartons onto pallets and operate box packing and stacking equipment

- Assist with storage and handling of finished products in cool room and freezer environments

- Monitor equipment and product quality, including weights, temperatures, appearance, and consistency

- Report any issues, faults, or quality concerns to Supervisors promptly

- Assist with cleaning and sanitising production equipment and work areas

Skills, Experience & Requirements

- Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not essential — full training provided

- Reliable, punctual, and ready to commence production at scheduled start times

- Ability to wear required PPE and company‑provided uniform, including coats, gum boots, hair nets, and gloves

- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and workplace standards

- Positive communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Supervisors and team members

- Excellent attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination

- Ability to perform physical, repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced production environment

- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

- Ability to check and follow production schedules and rostering requirements

- Compliance with food safety standards, including:

- No jewellery permitted

- No long or artificial nails

- No makeup or false eyelashes
