Brisbane Abrasive Blasting is a well-established coating application business with a reputation for producing quality work. We have regular clients from a variety of steel fabrication industries such as transport, mining, structural, oil and gas etc.
We are currently hiring experienced industrial painters. Please note you must be in Australia to apply for this position.
Candidates must hold a valid work visa or appropriate Australian work rights.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Typical jobs include spray application of epoxies and polyurethanes to new steel, trailers, tanks, structural steel, machinery and mining-related equipment and oil and gas projects.
All painting is completed in purpose built ventilated spray booths.
Skills and experience
- An ability to work safely as a productive, reliable member of our team
- Ability to paint to specification with high quality workmanship and within targeted times
- Forklift ticket a plus

Please note you must be able to pass regular drug testing.
Normal hours are 6.30 am to 3.00 pm Monday through Thursday and 6.30 am-12.30 pm Friday. Some OT may be required.
