The chance

- Salary:$85,000–$115,000 + super
- Work type:Full-time or part-time

What you’ll do

- Functional Capacity Assessments:Plan and complete FCAs end-to-end for adult clients, producing clear, defensible, goal-aligned reports




- Home Modifications:Conduct home assessments (minor to complex), liaise with clients, families, builders/tradies and stakeholders; prepare evidence-based recommendations and documentation
- Assistive Technology:Lead AT trials and prescriptions (e.g., seating/wheelchairs, ADL aids, mobility and environmental controls) in partnership with suppliers
- Stakeholder collaboration:Work closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and the MDT to translate goals into functional outcomes
- Clinical quality:Maintain timely documentation and contribute to service improvement

What you will need:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience
- Driver's license and own vehicle
