Start date: ASAP — interviews in progress

Are you reliable, hands‑on, and ready to hit the road with a company that values quality and teamwork?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business committed to excellence, innovation, and supporting its workforce. We're seeking a motivated individual to join our warehouse and delivery team as a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Assistant.

Hours of Work

This is a casual position with shifts generally rostered between 6:30 am and 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, to align with our delivery schedules and warehouse operations. Shifts ordinarily commence at 6:30 am. While they are generally scheduled to finish by 3:00 pm, they may conclude earlier where operational requirements or workload are reduced.

What You'll Be Doing

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Driving company vehicles and delivering with a smile
- Assisting with loading and packing the delivery trucks as directed
- Maintaining organised stock levels and helping unload containers
- Handling stock with care to reduce the potential for damage
- Assembling components and supporting general warehouse operations
- Keeping the warehouse and company vehicles clean and presentable

About the Products

The products handled in this role are glass pool fencing panels and related installation materials. These are thick, safety‑grade glass panels manufactured specifically for pool fencing,

highly durable and built to withstand normal handling. With correct manual handling practices, the risk of breakage is minimal.

That said, this is a physically demanding role. It involves high levels of heavy lifting, and the panels are solid and require lifting as a core part of the day‑to‑day work.

What You'll Bring

- A current, valid driver's licence (essential)
- An MR licence (preferred, or a willingness to obtain one)
- A forklift licence (or a willingness to obtain one)
- A minimum of 3–6 months' warehouse experience, and the ability to follow instructions
- Robust attention to detail and a safety‑first mindset
- A team‑player attitude and solid customer service skills
- Australian work authorisation, required on the start date

Why Join Us?

- A positive, supportive team that values your growth
- A company that takes pride in doing things right
- Real opportunities to learn, grow, and take ownership of your role

Our values are clear: We do what we say. We care how it's done. We do it together.

Please note: This role requires significant manual lifting as a core responsibility, including heavy loads of up to 72 kg (double lift). Other inherent requirements include manual handling and extended periods of standing. As an employer, we are committed to providing reasonable adjustments wherever possible to help applicants safely meet these physical demands.
