The Role
You will manage the agency’s property and corporate marketing, delivering polished campaigns across print, digital, social and video.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end sales and leasing marketing campaigns
- Creating Information Memorandums, brochures, proposals and pitch documents
- Writing engaging property descriptions and marketing copy
- Managing social media, digital content and agent profiles
- Coordinating photography, videography, signage and external suppliers
- Managing database and email marketing campaigns
- Maintaining the agency website and digital listings
- Producing office collateral, capability statements and award submissions
- Tracking campaign performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
- Supporting listing preparation and campaign administration when required
This is not a role where you will simply follow templates. You will have the opportunity to bring ideas forward, improve processes and help shape the creative direction of the business.
The Candidate
You will already be working within real estate marketing and understand the pace,
deadlines and attention to detail required to successfully launch and manage property campaigns.
You will ideally bring:
- At least two years of real estate marketing experience
- Strong Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skills
- Experience creating property marketing collateral and submissions
- Confidence managing multiple campaigns and competing deadlines
- Strong copywriting, design and proofreading ability
- Experience across social media, database marketing and digital platforms
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
