About the Role:

As the Director, you will be the friendly face our centre, overseeing the daily operations and educational programs for the service. You will lead a team of passionate educators, ensuring that every child receives a nurturing and enriching learning experience. Your responsibilities will include, staff management and support, parent and child engagement, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
- Oversee cutting-edge educational programs that cater to the individual needs of each child.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes creativity, independence, and holistic development.




- Build strong relationships with parents and the community to support the growth and well-being of every child.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant must have:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or above or ACECQA assessed equivalent.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
- First Aid.
- CPR.
- Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
- Child Protection Training.
- Experience in a Director role within an early childhood education setting.
- Strong understanding and commitment of Early Childhood and practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving educational excellence.
