We operate 15 contemporary medical centres in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast - and our network continues to grow. Our medical centres offer general practice, dental, radiology, telehealth, pharmacy, pathology, allied health and specialists - all under one roof.

We are seeking an experienced national Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our national portfolio of medical centres and corporate offices. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring our facilities are safe, compliant, well maintained and operate efficiently, while supporting our continued growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will manage the operational delivery of facilities management across our national network, ensuring our medical centres provide a high-quality setting for patients, clinicians and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing the day-to-day facilities operations across 15 medical centres and our corporate offices.

Working alongside local management to coordinate planned and reactive maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant and operational.

Managing contractors, service providers and maintenance schedules to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Overseeing minor refurbishments, fit-outs and facility upgrades, as well as supporting new medical centre openings and office relocations.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, building managers and service providers.

Monitoring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, building services and lease obligations.





Working with Procurement to manage facilities contracts and preferred suppliers.

Managing facilities budgets, monitoring expenditure and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Coordinating tender processes for facilities works and maintenance projects where required.

Maintaining asset registers and supporting preventative maintenance programs across the portfolio.

This role is based in North Sydney and requires regular travel to our medical centres across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

About You

You are an organised, proactive facilities professional who enjoys working across multiple sites and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will bring:

At least 5 years' experience in facilities or property management, ideally within a multi-site environment.

Demonstrated experience managing building maintenance, contractors and service providers.

Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety, building compliance and facilities operations.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A practical, hands-on approach with a strong customer service focus.

Financial acumen with experience managing facilities budgets and controlling operational costs.
