We are seeking an Operations & Inventory Coordinator to become a key member of our team, supporting administration, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, customer service and daily operations.

About the Role

This position sits at the centre of our business.

You’ll work closely with senior management, production staff, warehouse personnel, suppliers and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately, inventory is controlled and deliveries run efficiently.

No two days are the same.

A typical day may include:

- Processing customer orders and invoices
- Coordinating transport and deliveries
- Preparing inventory and operational reports
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Conducting stock counts
- Walking through chilled and freezer areas to verify inventory
- Assisting with warehouse organisation and dispatch
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Supporting purchasing and production planning

You’ll regularly move between the office and warehouse throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Administration & Customer Support

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare invoices and maintain records using MYOB
- Maintain spreadsheets and operational reports
- Communicate with customers, suppliers and transport providers
- Assist with purchasing and inventory administration
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

- Receive and inspect incoming stock
- Verify quantities and product quality
- Assist with inventory control and stock rotation
- Coordinate warehouse product movements
- Support loading and dispatch activitiesConduct regular stock counts
- Maintain a well‑organised warehouse

Logistics & Coordination

- Coordinate daily delivery schedules
- Support production planning
- Monitor inventory movements
- Assist with purchasing requirements
- Help identify improvements to operational efficiency

Who We're Looking For

Skills & Experience

We’re more interested in attitude than the perfect resume.

You’ll ideally have:

- Experience in administration, logistics, warehousing, inventory control or operations
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and professional work ethic
- Current driver's licence and own transport

Advantageous But Not Essential

- Forklift licence
- LR Truck licence
- MYOB experience
- Food manufacturing or wholesale distribution experience

Training will be provided for the right person.
