Lochinvar Learning is a purpose-built early learning service that has been part of the Lochinvar community for three years. With solid occupancy, embedded practices, and a highly regarded reputation, this service is well established and deeply connected to families and community.

We are seeking a motivated and visionary leader to continue growing Lochinvar Learning into its next phase. Rooted in inquiry-based, relationship-driven pedagogy, our approach places timewithchildren at the heart of practice. We believe leadership begins in listening, and that educators, families and children grow best when they grow together.

About the Role

We are seeking a values-driven and visionary Service Director / Nominated Supervisor to continue to shape culture, pedagogy and community.

You will:

- Build a reflective, connected and courageous educator culture grounded in relationships and respect
- Lead with clarity, curiosity and care, creating conditions for deep thinking and authentic teaching
- Guide an innovative, inquiry-based approach to programming that prioritises presence and connection
- Partner with families and community to cultivate belonging,



participation and shared vision
- Ensure high standards of quality and compliance while holding space for creativity and innovation

You’ll be supported by an engaged and experienced management team who value collaboration, transparency and trust. Alongside this support, you’ll haveautonomy and ownershipover your decision-making — the freedom to lead with authenticity and purpose.

About You

You are an experienced early childhood leader who believes leadership is not about control, but about culture — nurturing others to think, to question, and to create.

- A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (Degree highly regarded)
- Proven experience in a leadership role within early education
- A continual Commitment to Child Safety, upholding Children’s Rights and the Child Safe Standards.
- A cleared Working With Children Check.
- Completed National Child Safety Training – Geccko Certificate.
- A strong understanding of the EYLF v2.0, NQS and Exceeding Themes
- A commitment to ethical, reflective and relational leadership
- A belief in educators as thinkers and children as protagonists of their own learning
