Werschmann Roofing is a Brisbane roofing specialist with a reliable reputation — 10+ years in the game, Australian roof plumbing and German roofing credentials, and a client base that keeps coming back because the work is done right. From re-roofs and new builds to big commercial jobs, guttering and insurance work, the pipeline is strong and the business is growing.

Now we're after a switched-on Site Supervisor / Project Manager to run our sites, own the quality, and bring the next crew of roofers up to standard.

This is a role for someone who's done their time on the tools and is ready to lead.

What you'll be doing

- Running metal roofing jobs across re-roofs, new builds and commercial projects
- Leading and mentoring the crew — passing on what you know and building better tradies
- Owning quality, safety, timelines and a clean, well-run site
- Keeping clients,



suppliers and management in the loop and jobs moving
- Setting the standard, on the tools and off

What you'll bring

- Strong metal roofing experience — you know this trade cold
- Leadership or supervisory experience (leading hand, team leader or above)
- A natural mentor who wants to develop the younger blokes
- Pride in your work and a no-shortcuts attitude to quality and safety
- Cert III in Roof Plumbing is a bonus — but if you know your stuff on the tools, we want to talk
