Are you an experienced electrician who wants more than repetitive maintenance work or the same type of job every day?

At iControl Electrical & Automation, you could be fault-finding at a residential property in the morning, completing a switchboard upgrade after lunch, and installing a battery, EV charger, CCTV system or smart-home solution later in the week.

We are a growing, family-owned electrical business based in Campbelltown and working across Sydney. We are looking for a capable and reliable Licensed Electrician who takes pride in doing the job properly and wants to build broader skills across electrical and emerging technology.

What Your Week Could Look Like

This is not a role where you will be stuck doing the same basic work every day.

You may be completing:

- Electrical service calls and fault-finding

- Switchboard upgrades and safety-switch installations

- New circuits, lighting and power-point installations

- Residential renovations and new electrical fit-outs

- Commercial electrical installations and maintenance





- Solar inverter replacements and system upgrades

- Solar panel and battery-storage installations

- EV charger installations

- Smart-home and automation projects

- CCTV, alarm and intercom installations

- Data cabling, Wi-Fi and networking

- Testing, compliance and electrical repairs

Our work ranges from straightforward electrical service jobs to larger projects involving solar, batteries, automation and integrated technology.

You Don’t Need to Know Everything Already

You do not need experience across every service we provide.

A strong electrical background, good fault-finding ability and the right attitude are more key.

Experience with solar, batteries, EV chargers, automation, CCTV or communications will be highly regarded, but ongoing training and practical support will be provided.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

- Holds a current NSW electrical licence

- Holds a current Australian driver licence

- Is confident working independently

- Can complete jobs safely and professionally

- Has solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills

- Takes pride in neat, high-quality workmanship

- Communicates well with customers

- Can guide apprentices when required

- Is reliable, organised and accountable

- Wants stable, long-term employment

- Is interested in learning newer electrical technologies
