About the Role:
This is a full-time position working 40 hrs Monday to Friday. Immediate start.
As a HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible project managing multiple projects from end to end.
The ideal candidate would be looking to grow into the project manager role whilst effectively providing the support engineers. You’ll be working with an experienced and enthusiastic team, having exposure to all parts of the project process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing project scopes and meetings contract requirements.
- Organisation of materials, equipment, tradesmen.
- Comply with companies’ policies and procedures
- Management of engineering, drawing requirements and design of the project.
- Work with the project team, other engineers, and supervisors as required.
- Maintain a positive client relationship.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A technical and analytical mind-set and be well organised with ability to work to deadlines.
- Management of overall quality, ensuring all relevant time frames are met.
Preferred Qualifications / experience:
- HVAC design Experience – highly regarded
- Capable of using or learning Office 360 suite including Excel, Word.
- SimPRO knowledge and usage would be advantageous
- Work Health & Safety general construction induction card.
