Kaisercraft is seeking a hands-on Retail Manager to lead our team in Cleveland. You will drive customer experiences, manage day-to-day store operations, and help the store achieve monthly targets while presenting the product range to its best advantage.
Based in a family-owned company with solid growth, you will recruit, train and develop staff, create rosters, manage stock and visual merchandising, and uphold Kaisercraft values across the store.
