- Counterbalance Forklift Operators: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm
- High Reach Forklift Operators: Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm & 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Wacol
- Counterbalance Forklift Operators: Monday to Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)
About the Role
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse and manufacturing operations. Depending on the site, your duties may include:
- Operate counterbalance or High reach forklifts safely and efficiently to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas.
- Load and unload trucks, while receiving, dispatching, and staging stock for distribution.
- Pick and prepare orders for dispatch using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
- Assist with stock control, manual handling, and general warehouse duties as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while working collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily targets.
What We're Looking For
To be successful, you will have:
- Current LF Forklift Licence with previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Experience loading and unloading trucks and working within fast-paced warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail, a positive work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transport, a current driver's licence, and the ability to perform manual handling tasks.
- Availability to work ongoing hours and a willingness to contribute as part of a team.
