The expertise and dedication of our people spans the entire electricity network, so careers at Enerven are defined by meaningful contributions and impactful work.

At Enerven, we’re connecting you with tomorrow.

About the role

An 18-month opportunity for a Quality Coordinator to own Project Quality Management across a portfolio of concurrent major energy infrastructure construction projects in NSW. This multi-project remit will find you moving between jobs, priorities and stakeholders on the same day.

Reporting to the Systems and Improvement Business Partner and working closely with the project engineers, you'll set the quality standard across your projects, shaping how quality is planned, evidenced and verified, and ensuring project teams, clients and subcontractors work to standard.

What you'll do

- Drive ISO 9001 QMS implementation and maintenance
- Build project-specific Quality Management Plans with project managers
- Coordinate with the document control team to manage documents via Aconex, InEight Team Binder and similar
- Develop and improve ITPs, checklists, management plans and process maps
- Conduct audits,

close out non-conformances and lead and support improvement requests
- Use Power BI dashboards for real-time project quality insight

What sets it apart

- Portfolio breadth — multiple sites and clients, not one project
- Influence-led work: negotiation with delivery teams, clients and subcontractors
- Direct client exposure and a seat alongside the project delivery and design teams

About you

You're technically credible, genuinely good with people, and comfortable managing a client relationship. You bring a proactive, collaborative approach and resolve issues fast without letting standards slip.

- 2–3+ years implementing and managing ISO 9001 certified systems
- Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification with practical QMS auditing experience
- Strong project delivery and completions documentation experience
- Confident communicator who can manage external stakeholders
- Current driver's licence
- Diploma in Engineering (electrical preferred, mechanical considered) or equivalent experience
- Energy infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing or OEM background

The practicals

- 18-month fixed term, Sydney based (Marsden Park and Macquarie Park, three days a week)
- Regular travel to NSW project sites, including scheduled time away from home
- LAFHA applies where relevant
