R & R is seeking a talented Solicitor to join our legal team in Southport QLD. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to develop your legal career within a dynamic and growing law firm. As a Solicitor, you will provide comprehensive legal services across a broad range of practice areas, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality advice and representation.

Key responsibilities

- Provide legal advice and services to clients across multiple practice areas, including commercial law, property law, litigation, and general matters
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and commercial agreements on behalf of clients
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and client advice
- Manage client relationships professionally and maintain clear communication throughout legal matters
- Prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and other court documents as required
- Attend meetings and negotiations with clients, opposing parties and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of legal resources and templates
- Support compliance with legislative requirements and professional obligations
- Assist with business development and client relationship management activities

What we’re looking for

- Admission to practice as a Solicitor
- Between 2-5 years of post-admission experience in a law firm environment
- Strong knowledge of general legal practice areas, with the ability to work across multiple disciplines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to provide explicit, pragmatic legal advice
- Proficiency in legal research,



case management and document drafting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Qualified with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality legal work
- Experience with legal practice management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A team-oriented approach to working within a team environment
- Preferred: experience in commercial contracting, conveyancing, property law or litigation matters
