North Sydney Council in Sydney’s lower North Shore is seeking an Assessment Officer to join the Development Services team. You will assess development applications, prepare reports for delegated and panel determinations, and provide statutory planning advice to applicants, consultants and the community.
This hands-on role requires a sound knowledge of NSW planning, robust analysis and communication, and the ability to manage case load while meeting timeframes.
