Gladstone Regional Council is seeking a permanent full time Road Maintenance Performance Contract Team Leader to oversee programs within the Roads Program Delivery unit, including RMPC, Minor Infrastructure and TIC contracts. You will lead a team with autonomy and accountability.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Civil Construction or equivalent, has strong interpersonal and project-management skills, and will coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to deliver on program objectives.
