Care Done Differently is growing, and we’re looking for passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team in the Bowral-Nowra areas.

About the Role

Multiple positions with a range of clients, multiple shifts per week available, with the potential to grow.

Shifts will vary between 2–8 hours, with flexibility across weekdays and weekends.

Work may include in-home supports, community access, and daily living assistance and day programs.

You’ll be matched with participants to ensure the right fit,



supporting them to achieve their goals and independence.

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Mental Health, or a related field. AIN, EEN AND RN ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!

Minimum 12 months experience on the floor

Experience with Personal Care, Manual handling, Medication administration

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid & CPR

WWCC (Working With Children Check)

Drivers licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)

Strong communication skills, reliability, and a caring attitude
