Batehaven Early Learning Service

Batehaven Early Learning Service is looking for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Diploma Educator to join our supportive and dedicated team.

About the Role

As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality education and care in accordance with the National Quality Framework, the Early Years Learning Framework and the Child Safe Standards. You will play an important role in supporting children's learning and development, contributing to educational programs, and fostering positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

- Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Demonstrates warm, respectful and responsive interactions with children.
- Works well as part of a collaborative team.
- Has a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework,



Early Years Learning Framework and the National Regulations.
- Values open communication and positive relationships with families and colleagues.
- Is reliable, motivated and committed to continuous professional growth.
- Can contribute to programming, observations and critical reflection.

Essential Requirements

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Child Protection training.
- Full Australian working rights.
