? Schedule
- Full time = 37.5 hours:
- Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility in how you want to build your hours over the week.
- 1 hour lunch break
- In clinic
- School and home visits – on a when needed basis
? Impact Hours progression
- Gradual progression of impact hours over a 6 month period.
- Target of 25 hours by 6 month period (on an individual basis)
- Impact hours include direct and indirect time.
?Supportive Environment
- Weekly 1 hour one-on-one supervision with Senior Therapist. Plus open door environment – always someone available to help you.
- Full admin team support – only focus on being a therapist.
- Allocated time for clinical admin tasks e.g. report writing.
- Weekly transdisciplinary team case conferences.
- Scheduled daily team lunch break.
- Twice yearly whole team planning days.
- Team building activities every 3-6 months.
