Physiotherapist – Product Supply & Patient Support

Onnu is an online physiotherapy service designed to support the prescription, supply and ongoing use of rehabilitation products for patients recovering from Orthopaedic surgery, acute injury and chronic illness.

Working with leading surgeons and hospitals, our physiotherapists help patients access, fit and confidently use rehabilitation products as part of their recovery.

This is a unique role combining physiotherapy, patient education and operational excellence.

About the role

You'll be responsible for:

- Assessing referrals and onboarding patients
- Supplying and fitting rehabilitation products
- Educating patients on safe and effective product use
- Telephone and telehealth follow-up
- Coordinating product logistics and returns
- Liaising with surgeons, hospitals and insurers




- Maintaining accurate clinical and operational records

Most patient interactions occur remotely, with occasional face-to-face appointments where required.

About you

You are:

- AHPRA registered Physiotherapist
- SIRA NSW certified
- Organised and efficient
- Comfortable using technology, such as laptop, phone, 2 step ID, authorisation apps
- An excellent communicator over phone or video conference
- Passionate about improving the patient experience
- Interested in working in an cutting-edge healthcare business
