About the Role

As Club Operations Manager, you will:

- Lead the successful pre-opening and launch of our flagship club
- Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing team
- Create a premium member experience from the moment members walk through the door
- Drive membership growth and implement strategies to maximise retention
- Oversee all day-to-day club operations, ensuring exceptional standards across every aspect of the business
- Manage financial performance, budgets and operational targets
- Maintain high standards of presentation, safety and compliance
- Foster a positive,



energetic and high-performing team culture
- Work closely with the Founder to support the continued growth of the Level7 brand

About You

You are an experienced leader from a premium fitness, health or wellness environment who understands that exceptional member experiences drive long-term success.

You have successfully led teams, grown memberships and built club cultures that people genuinely enjoy being part of.

You are commercially minded, highly proactive and thrive in environments where you can take ownership, make decisions and build something from the ground up.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience leading a fitness, health or wellness club
- Certificate III or IV in Fitness
- Demonstrated success in growing and retaining memberships
- Proven experience recruiting, coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial, operational and leadership capability
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for health, fitness and wellness
- High level of initiative, accountability and ownership
- Full Australian working rights
