As we continue to grow across Australia, we're looking for an experienced and inspiring Branch Manager to lead our Townsville operation.

About the Role

Based at our Townsville Airport branch, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy customer-facing location where delivering exceptional service, leading people and maintaining operational excellence are at the heart of everything you do.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing branch team.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from booking through to vehicle return.
- Managing daily branch operations, fleet logistics, presentation and service standards.




- Driving sales and commercial performance by leading the team to achieve sales targets while maximising revenue through effective fleet utilisation and operational decision-making.
- Driving operational and financial performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leading recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing employee development.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, WHS requirements and operational procedures.
- Working collaboratively with senior leaders, support departments and other branches to drive continuous improvement.
- Leading from the front and supporting the team during busy operational periods.

No two days are the same. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance people, customers and operational performance while creating an engaged, high-performing team.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- An experienced leader with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Commercially minded with robust operational and financial awareness.
- Confident coaching, mentoring and managing performance.
- Highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Calm under pressure and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- An effective communicator who builds strong relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Hold a current, unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.

Ideally you'll have:

- Previous experience managing a branch,



depot or multi-functional operation.
- Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
- Strong customer service, sales and operational management experience.
- Experience within car rental, tourism, transport, hospitality, retail or another fast-paced service industry (desirable).
