Property Manager Opportunity – Grow Your Own Rent Roll
Ripe Property Noosa is a long-established boutique property management business with an excellent reputation and a loyal client base.
I am looking for an experienced Property Manager who is entrepreneurial and interested in more than just a salary. This is a unique opportunity to grow your own rent roll within an established business on a profit-share basis.

Key responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties, including tenant communications and relationship management
- Conducting regular property inspections to ensure properties are maintained to high standards and identify any maintenance or repair requirements
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors and service providers using TAPI
- Handling tenant enquiries,
complaints and disputes professionally and in a timely manner
- Advertising vacant properties, coordinating viewings and assisting with tenant screening and selection processes
- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive property documentation, including tenancy agreements, inspection reports and maintenance records
- Liaising with landlords to provide regular updates on property performance and financial statements
- Managing end-of-tenancy processes in accordance with legal requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential property management or similar role within the real estate sector
- Sound knowledge of residential tenancy laws, and property management best practices
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues
- Proficiency in property management software and relevant computer systems; Property Me and Inspection Express
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to handling tenant issues and maintenance concerns
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining property records and documentation
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport for property inspections and viewings Petrol Card Provided
The ability to grow your own rent roll, maintain strong client relationships, and work closely with a supportive team is also key.
