Standard Tradesperson
If you love being on the tools and take pride in producing exceptional workmanship, this pathway is for you.
You'll focus on:
- Residential and commercial maintenance
- Diagnosing and solving plumbing problems
- Delivering quality workmanship
- Supporting apprentices
- Looking after customers
Hybrid Service Plumber
If you enjoy building relationships with customers and want to maximise your earning potential, our Hybrid Service Plumber pathway may be the perfect fit.
You'll focus on:
- Educating customers and providing solutions
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Preparing onsite quotations
- Promoting preventative maintenance and memberships
- Growing your income through our performance incentive program
Both roles are equally respected and valued. Not everyone wants to sell, and not everyone has to. We believe in building roles around people's strengths while providing opportunities to grow if that's the path you want to take.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Plumber
- Blue Cards & Police Checks Completed
- Current Driver's License
- White Card
- Reliable attendance and robust work ethic
- Pride in your workmanship
- Professional presentation
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team

- Gas Work Licence
- Backflow Prevention Accreditation
- TMV Accreditation
- EWP Licence
