Their portfolio spans high-quality fitouts ranging from $100K to $5M, alongside complex refurbishment projects across the education and hospitality sectors valued between $5M and $40M. Due to continued growth, they're looking to add another Estimator to the team. Whether you're early in your estimating career or already have solid experience, you'll be supported by experienced leaders who are invested in your development.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to build your estimating career while working across a diverse range of commercial projects. You'll work closely with experienced estimators, project managers and senior leaders to prepare tenders, build relationships with subcontractors and help deliver winning submissions. As your experience grows, you'll take on greater responsibility with clear pathways for career progression. Whether you're looking to step into estimating or take the next step in your career, this business will provide the support and mentorship to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with quantity take-offs, cost plans and tender submissions
- Source and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Prepare BOQs, budgets and pricing schedules
- Review drawings and specifications
- Assist with RFIs and tender clarificationsl
- Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities
- Work closely with design and delivery teams




- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Contribute to successful project outcomes

About You

- Experience within construction, whether as an Assistant Estimator, Junior Estimator or Estimator
- Experience in commercial building or fitout is highly regarded, residential experience will be considered
- Ability to interpret construction drawings (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
- Well organised with a proactive attitude
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
- Motivated to continue learning and progressing your career
