About Express Pathology
Express Pathology is a national mobile pathology collection service, making blood testing more convenient and accessible for patients across Australia.
We work with leading telehealth providers, specialists and healthcare businesses, coordinating pathology collections both in patients' homes and through our nationwide network of pathology partners.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive and personable Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Woolooware.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll become the central point of contact for our patients, nurses and healthcare partners.
No two days are the same. One minute you'll be helping a patient book an appointment, the next you'll be coordinating our nationwide nursing network or supporting one of our clinic partners.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate patient bookings and appointments
- Answer phone and email enquiries
- Liaise with patients, nurses and clinic partners
- Schedule and manage mobile pathology collections
- Follow up outstanding bookings and enquiries
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date
- Assist with day-to-day operations and administration
- Help improve internal processes as we continue to grow
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- A confident communicator over phone and email
- Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks
- A quick learner who enjoys new challenges
- Reliable and enjoys working as part of a small team
Healthcare or medical experience is a bonus, but not essential. We're happy to teach you the industry—the most important thing is finding someone with the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a genuine desire to help people.
