About the role

As the Day Shift Allocator, you will coordinate closely with drivers and customers while maintaining accurate, up-to-date delivery information across our systems for both local and national teams. This pivotal role works in close collaboration with the Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicating with both drivers,



subcontractors and customers - ensuring data integrity within our system
- Responding to customer queries
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to our interstate and Warehouse teams
- Reviewing driver paperwork, ensuring all required information is present
- Collaborating with the Operations and Safety teams to uphold our top-tier compliance and safety standards
- Occasional warehouse support

To be successful in this role you'll have:

- A high level of organisation and thoroughness, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate under pressure and deal with all types of people
- A team-oriented mindset with a robust willingness to learn
- Excellent professional communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of both Metro Brisbane and Interstate movements
- HR / MR / MC License is highly regarded
- Previous experience in Refrigeration Transport (highly regarded)
