This boutique architecture practice is looking for an experienced Architect / Project Lead to join its Sydney studio. With an impressive portfolio spanningboutique residential developmentsand larger-scale Class 2 multi-residential projects, this is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with the studio director, you'll lead projects across all stages while contributing to a team-oriented, design-focused environment that values both creativity and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

- Lead projects through all phases, from concept design and DA through to CC, construction documentation and construction support
- Coordinate consultants, authorities and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Prepare and oversee high-quality documentation and technical detailing
- Work closely with the directors and design team to deliver exceptional architectural outcomes
- Manage project program, client communication and consultant coordination
- Take ownership of projects while mentoring junior team members where appropriate

Skills and experience

- Degree qualified in Architecture




- Australian project experience within reputable design-focused practices
- Approximately 8–10+ years' professional experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across Class 2 multi-residential projects, with exposure to high-end residential highly regarded
- Proven ability to lead projects through all stages of delivery
- Excellent technical knowledge, detailing and construction documentation skills
- Advanced ArchiCAD proficiency
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Full Australian working rights
