We're currently seeking an experienced Diesel Fitter to join our team on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster based in Moura, QLD.

About the role
Working across heavy mining equipment, you'll be responsible for:
- Breakdown diagnosis and repairs
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Component change-outs
- Maintaining high safety and workmanship standards
- Completing maintenance documentation
Essential Requirements
- Australian Trade Qualification as a Diesel Fitter
- Current Standard 11
- Current Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Ability to work safely and independently
Desirable Experience
Candidates with experience working on the following equipment will be highly regarded:
- Komatsu Electric Drive Truck Fleet
- Komatsu Electric Rope Shovels
- Hydraulic Excavators (Diggers)
- Experience in open-cut coal mining environments
- Experience with planned maintenance and breakdown support on large mobile mining equipment
