Cass Brothers is a trusted supplier of bathroom, plumbing and renovation products. Our service counter supports plumbers, builders and customers who rely on us for fast, accurate service.

We are looking for a reliable and efficient team member to support our busy service counter.

This role suits someone who enjoys staying active, helping customers, and being part of a team.

What you’ll be doing

- Serving trade and retail customers at the service counter
- Processing orders, invoices and payments accurately
- Assisting customers to locate products




- Supporting stock organisation and replenishment
- Keeping the counter area organised and efficient

This role is ideal for someone who:

- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Is organised and detail-focused
- Calm and efficient during busy periods
- Takes pride in reliability and punctuality

Experience in plumbing supplies, hardware, building products or trade environments is highly regarded but not essential.
